Conditions for applying of Long-term intention of education of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the segment of preschool education in the Central Bohemian Region

This thesis focuses on the area of preschool education in the Central Region in connection with the application of the Long-term Plan on Education (DZ) of the Ministry and of the region. Special attention is paid to the context and development of the current problem, which is longer-term unmet demand for placement in kindergarten in some parts of the region. The aim of this paper is to describe the demographic and socioeconomic specifics of the investigated region and their development over the last decade as an environment for pre- school education. The theoretical part of this work presents a comparison of DZ of Ministry of Education from 2015 to 2020 with its corresponding draft document of the Central Bohemian Region (2016). It brings the discussion of selected chapters of the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education and Training of the Central Region in the European pre-school education. It outlines the evaluation of success by DZ the Central Region in the past in the light of statistical data. The focal point of the research section consists of interpretations of statistical data on the number of received / missed children in preschool education over the past five years and their relation to the Long-term Plan for Education Ministry, respectively. Secondary School Self-Evaluation in Terms of In-Service Training for Employees

The diploma thesis comprehensively introduces the issue of in-service training of pedagogical staff with a focus on secondary school teachers as one of the areas of school self-evaluation. In-service teacher training comes to the fore as it goes hand in hand with the quality of training. In its first part, it identifies the basic definitions needed to understand the topic of school self- evaliation and in-service teacher training, then it defines the legislative framework ensuring in- service teacher training, strategic documents and other plans. Last but not least, it defines the objectives and forms of in-service teacher training and briefly outlines the situation in Europe with a focus on international surveys. Using content analysis, the thesis evaluates three annual reports of the selected secondary school. Furthermore, standardized structured interview was held with the school management and also a standardized questionnaire is distributed among pedagogical staff of the selected secondary school. Negative influence on primary schools and legislative

The diploma thesis deals with the theme of negative effects (forms of risk behaviour) at elementary schools pupils in Český Krumlov and mentions valid legilslation in the field of the risk behaviour primary prevention at school-compulsory choldren and youngsters. The theoretical part describes chosen socially-pathologic effects, the system of primary prevention and MŠMT legislation and other ministries as well in the field of risk behaviour prevention, as well as preventive aktivity of the institutions and organizations in the area of the city of Český Krumlov according to valid laws. The diploma thesis in the practical part includes empirical research performed at chosen elementary schools in Český Krumlov among teachers mapping their experience with the most frequent risk behaviour forms of pupils and further their knowledge and valid legislation usage inthe field of preventation both at schools and duringafter-school activities.
Selected aspects of the state graduation exam through the perspective of Prague's grammar school students

The theme of this diploma thesis is selected aspects of the state graduation exam through the perspective of Prague's grammar schools students. The aim of this work is to map current situation regarding the state graduation exam with the emphasis on the selected aspects of this exam. These aspects will be seen primarily in terms of the former as well as current students of Prague grammar schools. In the beginning of theoretical part is outlined the development of graduation exams followed by the theme of the state graduation exams, which were launched in 2011 and since then are continuously modified. The theoretical part was inspired by professional literature but also by Internet resources and academic works written on a similar theme. At the end of this part there are also mentioned selected media feedbacks on the topic of state graduation exam. The second empirical part was developed on the research which took place at selected Prague grammar schools. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey. The aim of the research was to analyze selected aspects of the state graduation exam at source - to see the state graduation exam through students and also teacher's perspective. Teachers were an additional group of respondents in the research.
Analysis of system of further education for teachers

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of system of further education for teachers at primary school. The theoretical part of thesis explains the basic concepts related to the profession of teachers and their further education. The next part provides an overview of the development of further education of teachers in the Czech Republic. The last part of the theoretical section deals with the system of further education for teachers and its components. In the empirical part of the thesis are presented the results of own research. The research was realized by the analysis of documents and interview with the deputy headmaster. In the end, the data analyzed from empirical research are compared with theoretical assumptions. Research of teachers opinions on teachers professional development

The work is focused on the relation of teachers to further their education in conjunction with the current proposal career system. Based on information from the scientific literature, in the work is shown the list of developments further education of teachers in the Czech Republic after 1990, and from secondary sources is defined by its current state. Work also continues to address the career system for teachers, with an emphasis on the text of the selected proposals, including the current one. Through the results of an empirical investigation that was conducted on selected two primary and two secondary schools, are then presented to the views of teachers in these schools watched topics. The dates that were analyzed from empirical investigations are also in conclusion, compared with the theoretical assumptions that are listed in this work. 5 TITLE: Possibilities of gaining financial means for running and development of the public elementary art school AUTHOR: Simona Hrubá DEPARTMENT: Education Management Center SUPERVISOR: Ing. Petr Svoboda, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: This bachelor thesis analyses which possibilities public elementary art schools make use of when getting finance for their running and development. In more detail the thesis deals with the support of these schools by their founders, if the schools carry on complementary activities, if they were forced to increase payments for education, if they have sponzors, if they were granted gifts or whether a civic association operates at school. It has been also analysed to which extent the school management is informed about possibilities of drawing subsidies from grant programmes announced by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, by local administrative units or by the EU. In theoretical part of the thesis these possibilities are described from general point of view. In the research part it has been analysed questionnaire survey, dealing with the concrete results regarding the monitored fields of financing, realized in public elementary schools in the Czech Republic. Tertiary education in The Czech Republic and The system of its financing

The diploma thesis deals with description and analysis of the system of financing of two public universities in the Czech Republic. At first it focuses on the importance and conception of education and on classification of public universities within the educational system.In the next section it describes the system of financing of universities in the Czech Republic and in selected universities demonstrates the ways of their financing using comparative analysis. The final section deals with presentation and evaluation of changes in laws for tertiary education which are being prepared and subsequently it applies the acquired findings and proposes possible changes in the system of financing of University of Pardubice and University of Hradec Kralove.
Consumer preferences of parents of primary school children as a part of a healthy lifestyle

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate consumer parents preferences of primary school children within healthy life style. The aim of the thesis is to determine if parents are interested in healthy life style as well as if they are teaching their children to this life style. Theoretical part includes general characteristics of healthy life style and basic principals of healthy eating focused on primary school children. It defines basic administrative documents relating to school meals, and last but not least the theoretical part concerns with customer preferences. The main research was done by questionnaire survey, primarily focused on achieving the aim of the thesis. The quantitative survey was evaluated and later some recommendations were provided.
